Reporting problems with the catalogue

In the event of any problems, you should first contact the nominated UKEOF catalogue contact for your Organisation.

If the problem cannot be resolved locally, please email details of the issue to  :

  • In the subject line add a brief description of the problem or query
  • In the body of the email include a more detailed description including any error messages
  • Attach copies of any relevant documentation (e.g. xml files, error messages)
